Cheyenne Steak and Sausage Co., LLC is new to Cheyenne, but we have been in the meat business in Ault, CO under the name Country Meat Shack since 1981. Country Meat Shack operated out of the little red building on the north end of Ault for 13 years. In 1994 we moved just west of the stoplight at Hwy 85 and Hwy 14. Then in 2002 we started Crow Creek Meat Processing and Cheyenne Steak and Sausage Company in Cheyenne where we are today, just behind the Albertsons on Pershing.

We have always been focused on quality products, regardless if we are handling your wild game or our all natural beef. We offer a great selection of jerky, sausage and smoked products as well as meat bundles for anyone's budget.
