Ground Beef
Quality makes the difference here. Our choice, quality ground beef will make even the kids appreciate the value of good meat. We use only choice ground beef to make not only our patties, but our bulk burger as well. We package our burger in 1-1.5# packages to eliminate the hassle of too many leftovers and no more buying huge packages and then having to use it before it goes bad! Once you try the difference quality makes, you will never go back to that store bought burger again!

Fresh Sausage - All of our sausages are made in house with our proven blend of special ingredients mixed with 100% pork. Our linked sausage comes 5 links to a package and bulk packaging is roughly 1 - 1.5#. Our sausage is ready to be picked up anytime. Made fresh, vacuum packaged and frozen our sausage is sure to please.
Bratwurst - A traditional bratwurst link, great on the grill or beer boil before grilling or frying to really bring out the old time flavor.
German - A garlic style sausage perfect for grilling or fried with onions makes a great dinner
Polish - If you are looking for more of a kielbasa style of sausage, this is what you are looking for. Our only fresh sausage that contains MSG.
Breakfast - A spicy take on the traditional breakfast sausage. Not too hot, but just a little red pepper to give it the kick people can't seem to get enough of! The bulk is a favorite for biscuits and gravy or we have the traditionally smaller links to fry up with some eggs and pancakes!
Italian - With just a little hint of spice, our Italian makes spaghetti or lasagna people will remember. Or try the links with some sauteed peppers on a hoagie for a wonderful and quick meal.
Chorizo - A spicy mexican sausage that works well in everything from breakfast burritos to the perfect chimichanga!

Sweet N Heat Ribs
Our already popular full rack of pork spare ribs. Dry rubbed with our select blend of premium ingredients and fully smoked. These are fully cooked and ready to eat. Already a favorite of our customers, they are smoked fresh and ready every Friday at 2:00 pm or pick up a cooled slab anytime to have for supper or just keep on hand. Beef Jerky - Homestyle, Mild Homestyle or Tex Mex
If you like hot jerky, try our Homestyle beef jerky. If you like mild, try our Mild Homestyle and for more of a chili taste try our Tex Mex jerky. All of our jerky is made with quality choice beef and our blend of premium spices. Garlic Roasted Turkey
Fully cooked, turkey dry rubbed and roasted in a special garlic rub! Comes with an oven bag and heating directions to ensure the juices stay in the meat.

A whole chicken, dry rubbed and fully cooked. Our chickens are tender, juicy and ready to eat. 

Tender Beef Briskit
Forget about dry and tough briskit. This fully cooked, read-to-eat briskit is dry rubbed with our Sweet N Heat dry rub and slow cooked to ensure the juices stay in and the meat stays tender.  Only $8.50/#

Garlic Roasted Prime Rib
A choice prime rib dry rubbed with our special garlic rub and fully cooked. Just heat and eat! This medium-rare roast makes an amazing dinner and if there is anything left, makes a perfect French dip sandwhich!
